Having a few beauty secrets will go a long way for a minimal routine while looking and feeling your best.

Skin

 

Skin is always in. Always make time to remove makeup before bed; this gives your skin a chance to breathe. Always use a moisturizer or serum, it doesn’t have to be expensive, there are great affordable alternatives! Here are some of my favourites from the higher end to the lower end: EGF Serum IS Clinical Daily defense, IT Cosmetics daily moisturizer or gel, pair La Roche-Posay Cicaplast baume B5 with a primer and wait 5 minutes before you apply daily makeup… You will SEE the difference in texture and glow. 

 

Eyes

Let’s face it, the pandemic had a lot of us lash extensionless. Eyes and brows are the main focal point, so what are the options for longer and fuller lashes without having to wear extensions? Lash serums! Scent

I am a perfume addict. You can truly get away with having 4 quality perfumes for each season, and if you’re like me, you might have 10! Make sure you are buying Eau de Parfum, these typically last a lot longer as Eau de Toilettes aren’t made to last all day. Apply a very minimal amount of Vaseline to the areas you apply perfume, the Vaseline allows the perfume to stick to your skin for a longer period of time.

 

 

Hair

Cover greys with a mascara; Apply a small amount on a spoolie and apply to the grey strands. Unfortunately, this only works for brunettes.

For thinning hair, use a hair growth serum like Revive7 Hair oil. This will stimulate hair growth and fullness within 30-60 days. As we get older, it is not unusual to have thinning hair, but counteracting it with the right products will help.
