Refund policy

 

  • Exchanges or returns are only valid within 30 days if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Reactions are eligible for an exchange within 30 days or 50% store credit, since individual skin reactions vary.
  • Outside the 30-day window, we are not obligated to accept a return, provide a replacement, or issue an exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

DISTRIBUTOR & RETAILER ORDERS

Late Payments
Seller shall pay interest at one percent (1.0%) per month on any past-due balance from the date of delinquency until paid. In addition, Lashforever may withhold further delivery of Products and impose cancellation fees if any payment is not paid when due.

No returns, credit or exchanges shall be made.

Revive7 Retailer Coupon and Discount Code Policy

Retailers and Distributors are not eligible to use consumer coupon codes, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise by Revive7 Beauty Inc. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order if an unauthorized coupon code or discount is applied.
  • Adjust or remove discounts that were applied in error.
  • Suspend or review retailer accounts that misuse promotional offers.

Non-conformity
Products which do not conform to their description or which are defective in material or workmanship will, by the decision of Lashforever Canada/Revive7 Beauty, be replaced or repaired, or, at the option of Lashforever Canada/Revive7 Beauty, credit for the original purchase price may be allowed provided that the Seller notifies Lashforever Canada/Revive7 Beauty in writing of such defect within thirty (30) days discovery and the Seller returns such products in accordance with Lashforever Canada/Revive7 Beauty’s instructions. No Products may be returned by the Seller without Lashforever Canada/Revive7 Beauty’s prior written authorization. Lashforever Canada/Revive7 Beauty makes no other warranty or representation of any kind with respect to the products, either express or implied, including without limitation, that of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Failure to make any claim in writing, or within the thirty (30) day period set forth above, shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the Products and an admission by the Seller that the Products fully comply with all terms, conditions and specifications of the Seller’s purchase order. Lashforever Canada/Revive7 Beauty shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, damage or loss resulting from inability to use the Products, increased operating costs or loss of sales, or any other damages. To make a claim under this warranty, the Seller must notify Lashforever Canada/Revive7 Beauty in writing within the Warranty Period.
