Start with clean lashes. Curl if desired. Apply an even coat to lashes from root to tip, wiggling at the base and combing through. Wait 10–30 seconds, then apply mascara.

VOLUME MASCARA
Apply mascara to clean eyelashes. Place the mascara wand against the base of your eyelashes, and apply in an upward motion. For a more intense look add additional layers until you achieve the volume you desire.
